1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trailry ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), including signing up for the waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Trailry is a trail running journal application currently in development. The waitlist allows you to express interest in early access. The Service is provided "as is" and may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Waitlist and Communications

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive emails from Trailry about product updates and early access. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@trailry.com. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product or any specific features, pricing, or launch date.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the personal data necessary to operate the Service. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, and similar international laws, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

• Submit false or misleading information, including fake email addresses
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service
