Who we are

Trailry is a personal project based in California, United States. For privacy questions, you can reach us at hello@trailry.com.

What we collect

When you join the Trailry waitlist, we collect your email address. That's it. We do not collect your name, location, payment information, or any other personal data.

Why we collect it (legal basis)

We collect your email based on your consent — you actively submit it through the waitlist form. We use it to:

  • Notify you when Trailry is ready for early access
  • Send occasional product updates (kept minimal)

You can withdraw your consent at any time (see "Your rights" below).

What we don't do

  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
  • We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making.
  • We do not send spam.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA):We do not sell or share your personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. You have the right to know what data we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of any future sale (though we don't sell data). To exercise these rights, email hello@trailry.com.

Where your data is stored

Your email is stored in Supabase, a hosted database platform with servers in the United States. If you are located in the EU/EEA or UK, this means your data is transferred to the US. Supabase implements appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

How long we keep it

We retain your email for as long as the waitlist is active or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If Trailry launches, we will ask for your consent again before adding you to any new mailing list.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking scripts. We do not track your browsing behavior.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or other applicable laws:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Correction — request we fix inaccurate data
  • Deletion — request we delete your data
  • Withdraw consent — unsubscribe at any time
  • Data portability — receive your data in a common format
  • Complaint — lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@trailry.com. We will respond within 30 days.
